Bookreview: Gustave's adventures

Just a seal

A fantastic book for children

Summary

Gustave's Adventures Vol 1: Just a Seal is a picture book with an
inspirational message that speaks to both children and adults.

The many symbols and parallelisms in the book help inspire people
of all ages to dream bigger and aspire for themselves more.

The book follows the story of a seal named Gustave. He dreamt of
moving from Sitka, Alaska to Hawaii despite his peers' constant
discouragement.

My review

First of all: what a lovely book cover! You already want to read the
book due to the cover. I also liked the illustations very much.

The story was easy reading but it contained a very important lesson.
I really enjoyed it, just as I liked the quotes in the book too.

Children will enjoy reading and watching to Gustave's adventures.
That's why I want to give a 5 * rating for this amazing book!

My review

40 Inspirational True Stories are short stories written by several lovely
authors such as Lally Brown, Val Poore. So, it wasn't a big surprise that
I liked the wonderful short stories.

It really is a book that you must read very carefully and slow and I absolutely
enjoyed the stories and the travel memoirs. 40 Inspirational True Stories
took me on a journey in the life, the memories and the travel stories of
very lovely people. I was very touched by the story of Elizabeth Moore.

I also like the way the authors who contributed the 40 Inspirational True
Stories were introduced with their picture and a short bio. Wonderful!

That's why I'm thrilled to give a 5 * rating for this amazing, inspirational
book.
